The previous administration had it’s neo-liberals, the one before that had it’s

neo-conservatives, but this one has neither.  Memyselfnie is a firm believer

that ignorance is the enemy of humankind, thinking you know is it’s firm

ally, so yours truly won’t even attempt to define either term, except to

say it’s probably not what you think.   But, it never is, is it?  So do your

own Googlin’, I did.  Any how, this dude’s been called every name in the book,

neo is not one of em.  Which way did they go, who knew, and when did they

know it?
