In all things, it’s always cheap.  Some talk a good job, some actually do a good job,

rarely do you get both, and when you do, it’s usually more. The difference is

a good job. That’s not always price, or quality, or time, but it’s always something,

and can be stymied by those who actually might have good intentions, or might

not,  even if their version of a good job is just talking to hear themselves talk.
