When it happens (all the time), the sea lawyer in us angles, spins, obfuscates, or
otherwise uh, helps (yeah, that’s it) us to light it up in the most palatable to swallow
wrapper (you do want fries with that, don’t you?) so we can get it down. So let us put
our best foot forward taking our bite outta crap and have it our way, it’s still a
shit sandwich, but sometimes (too often) raw reality doesn’t look appetising.
You certainly have your perceptions, and I have mine – and we either own what we think,
or it owns us. Thinking we know, we constantly find out (mostly thru experience) that we
do or don’t. No need to accept that, your own experience will say it all, either with the
spirit of agreeing, or disagreeing, you know or think you know, real proof or evidence
is there, see it as you will.
We all want, or don’t want, believe or don’t believe, but what actually is depends alot
on what actually is done. In all things, we can interpret, describe, even deceive
ourselves with nice words, but as a long dead chinese guy once said, the
way to do is to be, nice words don’t mean crap when hell or high water actually
comes, or the rubber actually meets the road, or any of the other stuff we say.
( and you know what I mean)
Results are actually everything, our nice words are just nice words.
Sometimes, things are really simple. Then, we overthink them, imaginating all kinds
of horrible stuff that won’t be listed here, to keep my PG rating going. Almost all
of our problems we create ourselves for ourselves, rarely do we realize that.
