playing to win

Not to confuse anyone (especially me), but to define the term is to win, depending on

your definition of winning.  It (win) can mean more than a few things – victory, success,

finish first, best, to achieve or gain, defeat, beat – just a few terms – but your definition

can be winning, even if you lose.  Just playing to win is a win, cause you can’t win if you

don’t play.  Or can you?  Are you in it to win it, can one play and win?

Good Will

Actual intention from any kind of positive emotion – the non-judgemental,

non-superficial kind of kindness not to be taken for weakness – is almost like

a lost art for endangered persuasions.  The very idea, the concept  seems extinct,

down to a one word corporation name, or the Hunting movie about math genius.

Any kind of good will has to first pass a test; survive a witch hunt of distrust and

any assumptions made, there’s an ego to be assured and it just might be yours.

Get past all the crap and there may in fact be some recognition left, a feeling.

Congratulations!

SAY WHAT?!

In all things when the letter of the law is used as a pretext and the actual spirit of the

thing just ain’t in there, somewhere in the spirit of mis-understanding there is a

problem for every solution.

So measure twice and talk once, know your shit, cause shit definitely does

happen.  Above all, when you’re right, be willing to be consistently part of

the solution.

When all else fails, ” I was trying to do that” always works.

presumed guilty even if proven innocent

Appearance of facts taken for granted means no need for a jury to even convene

let alone retire.  The verdict of guilty is carried out by the inference, and you are

hereby sentenced to trial by a jury of your peers.  After all, any idiot could find

some fault in you, and we certainly have a few of them just waiting to do what’s right.

Some even have degrees in idiocy if totally lacking in common sense.  The fact

appears to be that one side is always playing against the other, and they always

appear to be trying to get at the truth.  So are you now, or have you ever been

appearing?  Enquiring minds wanna know.  OK, don’t answer that, on the advice of

council you have the right even if you are guilty, and it appears you are.
